"It's a cool old fashion divebar type of space. Often has live music. Place is clean and everyone is super friendly and understanding what vegan means. Thin crust pizza, beyond burgers on rye (not on Ciabatta, you need to ask for rye) and a caprese appetizer are vegan. Chips and Pommes are not so after a page of Pickles and they bring you like 10"

"So glad this place was open for breakfast on Thanksgiving Day 2020. Bonus was the friendly and fast service, plus very tasty and yummy food!! I had the SPANISH OMELET and my kids both had KENDALLS BIG BREAKFAST. Good portions and delicious. The Spanish Omelet is basically a cheese omelet topped with Mexican style sauce, mouth watering!! Left with full tummies and a smile. My kids enjoyed their plates. The only comment they had was regarding the sausage links, they're sweet. Have a maple flavor to them. We like our sausage links more traditional flavor. Other than that, it was good"

"We love this place for authentic Mexican cuisine, but the atmosphere is like no other place I know. We're sitting outside in an area ringed by mountains. Among the tables and chairs is quite good quality carpet, which is why we call it Carpet Cafe. Good food, honest people and good service."

"Would strongly recommend going anywhere else for food. The food was not good. The chile rellenos had a very weird taste and nauseating aftertaste. The service was horrible too. Our waitress never once came to check on us and see how our food was or offer a refill of our drinks. When I asked if the food came with chips and salsa, she lied and said they're out of chips even though there was a huge bowl in plain view on the counter. She seemed very lazy and like she just counted be bothered. The waitress taking care of the other tables was actually a lot more helpful and took care of us more than our own waitress. If the service was the only awful part, I'd give a higher rating and chalk it up as a bad day but the food was also gross."
