What Kay King doesn't like about Four Seasons:
I have been a regular customer for 6 years and always had good food, that so I do a 10 mile round trip to collect it. The last 3 times now the sirloin steak in black pepper sauce has been so well done I can barely cut it! Tonight, I said I have had 2 bad steaks can you please make sure it is rare (I always order rare) he said it would be. Got home and both are so well done and its as tough as old boots again!
