This is the perfect place to stop for a coffee and croissant on the was into the castle, to recover from the climb up. Top position at the foot of the castle, an ideal place to enjoy a splendid panoramic sunset. Not exciting cocktails, tourist prices.

I came here to buy a granita for my daughters; the woman at the counter gave me the wrong flavour (melon instead of orange) and then refused to change it insist...

"Tried to get into this restaurant one evening for dinner but it was fully booked so we booked for another evening and was really pleased we did. In fact it was so nice that we booked to go again the following evening. It does get very busy (we saw several people turned away both evenings we ate here because they hadn't booked) so I'd suggest booking before turning up. The staff were very good, friendly and helpful and the food was out of this world. I did order a beef and pork main course which was delicious but looked very small when it arrived but there was more of it than it looked and also if you've had a starter it is plenty."
