What Ismet S doesn't like about Una:
I came with my family for lunch, 12 people. The waiters are ill-mannered, I'd rather serve you, you'll have to wait 20 minutes for a drink. The raft is half-empty. I asked for the menu along with the pizza order, but I didn't get it even after 40 minutes. When I asked for the bill only after 15 minutes and that's when I went straight to the sled.
