Truthfully, I'm an old northern boy and wouldn't know good gumbo from bad. But what I was served here was delicious. I had the chicken sausage gumbo, the seafood Étouffée and the chicken spagetti. All 3 were very tasty but if you are a tender tongue like me, you might want to aproach the gumbo with a bit if caution. It isn't hot enough to hurt you but it will definately wake you up.
