I always love this subway! They take time to make the sandwich from end to end (I've had to ask other employees at other subways to stretch the food out so I'm not left with huge bites of bread only on both ends) and are always upbeat and friendly. The restaurant is always clean and everything stocked well. I normally stop here every other Thursday so I'm here a lot and to this date I have zero complaints View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
the personal was friendly, but manager not so much. and when she burned the pfefferoni on my autistic neffen pizza, she pretended that we made her inconvenient to revive her without the pfefferoni so that overall friendly staff large food management could use a change View all feedback.
Has online order, was called twice to let me know they were out of objects. the wraps I ordered looked like they were thrown together. it fell apart when I opened the paper. the cookies were underused. not satisfied with this order, and I spent $30 on making it look like that.
If I could give negative stars, I would. first I asked for a six inch sub and the dame in the cut the tip of my sandwiches of (about 2 inches) from my six inches. then flew a fly on my sandwich and I asked the dame can throw it away and make me a new one because of the fly. she went on to throw the broth away and meet and keep the cheese to put another sandwich on. I was so disgusting that I had to go. I'll never get back to this subway. please make sure they have all been hired since in their heads. because that was so bad.
This location is the only location that knows how to wrap a wrap! The rest always roll em in a ball. Smdh. A guy with 1 arm(wearing a cast) did better than qny other location I've been to in Shreveport Bossier. The manager is super nice and professional. I'm glad the airline location was closed for remodel or I wouldn't have found this gem. 5 stars.
Very pleasant young man working and made my 12 inch Italian BMT to perfection!
Very small portions. Asked for extra veggie didn't even get the regular amount. Not worth the money I spent
