Pizzeria Da Max - Bossolasco

We were two couples looking for an alternative to the traditional Piemonte menus and decided to look for pizza. This place was packed and also popular among locals. Service was ok, but not overly impressive. Pizzas came after 45 min wait and were made to perfection, crisp and hot. Personally I was not 100% full after the pizza but the rest of the party was, so We skipped the “dolce”. Definitely recommend to pay a visit here if you are in the neighborhood and crave for pizza.

The pizza was good, service fine. The view outside during sunset was great! We were outside and it was a bit cold, but still ok. Waiter was attentive and friendly. I ate the Diavola Pizza.

We were here late August. We ate outside and it gave us the possibility to have a view on a magnificant sunset. We ordered some pizzas and as we arrived early, we didn't have to wait long so everything was almost perfect.

My boyfriend's family have been wonderful enough to bring me on holiday to Bossolasco, and we are staying within walking distance of this restaurant. We have been here twice and both times has been really lovely food. I will admit right here that I do not speak alot of Italian at all, but the waiters and waitresses allways try to help as much as they can and seem to know some English. There is one young waiter in particular who always has a smile on his face and is friendly as anything. The first time we visited, they were quiet, we did not make a reservation and we got seated outside with the gorgeous view, and given an adequate time with the menu's to choose our dishes. We chose the food by simply pointing at them on the menu and the starters were quickly brought to us, followed by the mains after, we were offered desserts or coffee but we graciously declined as we were all fit to burst. All in all a lovely experience. The second time we visited (again we didn't make a reservation the restaurant was busier. It was a similar experience to the first visit, however it did take slightly longer to recieve our meals (about 20-30 minutes , due to the volume of diners. It didn't bother us, as we were not in a rush but I could see that it may cause concern to others. I absolute love the food and the restaurant itself and i would definitely recommend giving them a visit! Just try and catch them when they aren't busy, or if you don't mind waiting slightly longer. :

Posto molto tranquillo, bruschette con diversi gusti e piuttosto grandi. Posto consigliato per un pasto diverso dal solito. Anche diverse tipologie di pizze da provare.
