I love this hotel and the food is excellent. The issue is the service I have received better service from a fast food restaurant, much less a Four Seasons. It ruined my mother's birthday celebration and I was so incredibly disappointed. Basic things like providing utensils, bringing more coffee, remembering our order, etc. Had to keep repeating and reminding the server and she never brought what we asked for outside... read more.

Two options for brunch--cold brunch or cold brunch including one hot entree. All the food was delicious and well prepared. We especially liked the fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, eggs benedict, steak, and croissants. We liked the whole experience more than the Top of the Hub nearby. More low key and the food is better.
