The staff here and especially the owner are great down to earth people who actually care about their customers and not just in doing what's right but also in make sure each and every experience is a great one. The staff was not friendly whatsoever. The hot steak cheese sub was greasy with a bland taste. The bread used for my sub did not appear to be freshly baked as it was hard and a little difficult to bite.
