What T Y likes about Amateras Ramen:
Last night I went back to Amateras for the first time after it reopened recently. To my relief and delight its ramen was as good as ever. The same owner chef was in the kitchen. He explained to me that restoring full service had been a struggle. Since this is the only restaurant in the Boston area where I can enjoy authentic, but simple, ramen, I'm very glad it reopened. I'm very disappointed with this place. I drove there, I called them to find the way how to park. I finally god there and was denied service because I wasn't vaccinated. This should be written on the page. At least they could ask me this question when I was on the phone with them. View all feedback.

Great ramen, great broth, great service! One star off for the price. A bowl of ramen is $14-17 and doesn't have enough noodles in my opinion.
