I always love this place and its coffee. However, one staff stepped in while I was communicating with another about my order today (I ordered iced coffee and was given iced latte) and questioned me with a STERN face as if I was messing around. I wascommunicating in a polite way the whole time and was kinda shocked to be treated that way. View all feedback.
