I have visited the majority of Haitian restaurants in the area, and I can confidently say that this one is the best without a doubt. Their chicken is juicy and fresh, and the rice is perfectly cooked. The portions are generous, and the owner goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and clean environment. What Geraldine Francois Devane doesn't like about Devine Merci:
This place could have gotten 4 or 5 stars. It is nice, the sitting area is clean the food is very good (Tasso kabrit, rice, legume and sauce pois). However, the last time I went there I ordered fritay and they only gave me 10 banan, 3 marinade and Tasso. I got to my car and check to food and so that there was no patate and no akra.
