The price is calculated by weight, it depends how much you get in your bowl for Malatang. There’s a rule that you have to get at least 1 pound. The server are nice a patient when explaining. You can also adjust the level of spice that suits you. I have my bowl 1.5 pounds, and it cause nearly 30(include tax and tip) but everyone have to give minimum 10 percent of tip if dine in.
