it's panera, so it's food in order. the problem is with the service. in kiosk one ordered a grilled cheese, but a tuna salad sandwich. also ordered a brownie, but they were out and they replaced a cookie (to be fair, they told me that they were replaced when they handed over my order). the personal was completely uninterested. read more.

"Enjoyed the food but underwhelmed considering the hype of the restaurant. We were seated at at the bar overlooking the kitchen which was interesting viewing, but we were served from behind which was awkward and there wasn't much room for all the small plates. The corn bread was delicious! We also had the fresh catch (red snapper that day) which was pretty good and the butternut squash ravioli. The lamb osso bucco (giouvetti) had a weird cut of meat. Overall it was good but not amazing."
