I like this place . I’ve been ordering here for 3 years and only had 1 problem the other day that they CORRECTED for FREE. They also gave me fried dough and chips that were delicious as well and appreciated . It’s not much but it shows they care about happy/ returning customers. Happy new year to the Rock City staff ! Rock City Pizza is a perfect example of a establishment with great food that is immediately negated by their staff's incompetence and attention to detail. With a large amount of orders, the wait time for your food can sometimes be higher than they originally tell you on the phone, and that's okay.
