My boyfriend and I stopped in to this hotel bar while on our walk somewhere else when the awful weather brought us to this bar for a break. We are glad we did! Overall we had a good experience. What Julian Gomez doesn't like about Rumba:
Reason why they get three stars is that they are sneaky in adding extra charges if you order rum. Their menu said a certain price and they later charged more if it was neat. They have a very small disclaimer on the bottom but it made me feel that I was opening a credit card and need to read their fine prints before ordering a drink.
