We were new to Boston and Japanese hotpot cuisine. We had a v good experience. The wait staff was helpful, attentive and kind. Great ambiance. Loved the sushi. Hope to return anytime we are in Boston. View all feedback.

Despite numerous open tables, we were put to the counter and the server refused to put us on a table, even if I asked for the booking. The food was expensive and the hotpot was far from the seats and impractical. We couldn't control the heat, and she would often run over from cooking. The service was absolutely terrible.
