We booked to have the Autumn Afternoon Tea as a treat and it was exceptionally good. We loved the character of The Sack Store, and the first floor café is so cosy and relaxing. Visited the store today, disappointed yet again. Wanted to have a drink and something to eat but no tables downstairs where we had to sit because we had a dog. The guy that greeted me upstairs said they were reserved which I accepted. Only one reserved sign on one table that we could see and nobody sat downstairs at all.
