During the last visit I got a cold gyros and as a customer I had to pay PLN 2 for the toilet. I think that you need to balance the pressure for mass with the quality of food and service, and it is unacceptable for the customer to pay for the toilet. There are other ways to prevent people from outside the premises from using the toilet, e.g. you can spend a toilet token when ordering. However, it seems to be a well-thought-out strategy. Bar Kasia used to be and today it is heaven to earth."
