Got a 32 ounce lotus and 32 ounce iced white chocolate coffee. The lotus was like drinking cough syrup and the iced white chocolate tasted like milk and water. I bring my lotus back and the girl remakes it in 5 seconds flat and hands me it and it's completely wrong and again just undrinkable. Dont sell products you dont know how to make and please step up your customer service. It blows my mind that this is a success... View all feedback.
