I just pulled up to get some coffee and the woman in front of me just decided to turn her car off at the window, get out and start smoking and looking at her phone not allowing other drivers to go to the window to order coffee… And the staff inside just let it happen?! Usually drive up windows make the coffee and the person drives away so the next person in line can get their coffee as well. Apparently here you drive... View all feedback.
