We drove over 30 Km from Lecce to Acqua e Sale and it was worth the drive. The Food was very creative tastey and well presented, the service was Personal and attentive,and it had a fun Atmosphere. This kind of restaurant one woul dexpect to findin London, New York or Tokyo and not in BOTRUGNO. We loved the Pasta frutti di mare, Dolci and the recommended wine: Mje're.
