We went with a group for my birthday on Saturday. The food and cocktails are delicious. However, we got absolutely horrible service. It took 40 minutes to get my first cocktail after I ordered it. We had to constantly ask for the same things multiple times. After dinner, we had reserved the karaoke room what a beautiful room!! We had SO much fun, I definitely recommend it. Overpriced, the service is awful, spend 200$ in 1h30, and could ne get a hold on any waiters. The food was good. But seriously, what kind of staff is this... at 18$ the glass of wine I would expect quality services and not waiving at waiters to get a refill and get water... finally took over 30min to get the check... so this is definitely the worst part of the night when the only thing you want is getting out of this...
