"Expect to wait long under the sun before being seated. Once seated, it?s all good and cool inside. The food took more than average to come out. Nevertheless, they?re large tasty portions. I had the meat loaf and I think I would repeat. Also had he bloody mary but I should?ve asked for a coffee instead. They have plenty of staff but they definitely need more organization. "This place is definitely a hidden gem of Bolder City. Absolutely amazing food, that we almost lick the plates clean, super friendly staff that aim to please. "As a big fan of Boulder City, I am familiar with the improving dining trends in the city. There has been an uptick over the last decade. Interestingly enough, there are not any bad places to eat, for each place is adept with their cuisine of choice. The Dam Bistro offers a Porterhouse pork chop that recalls the flavors of autumn, and it is a menu standout. The room is quieter and less rowdy than other spots, which lends it to being a great date night spot."

"We landed the rv in vegas for the first time in this week! a school hour and a field trip was quickly brought to the hoover dam by boulder city. on the way through I noticed tempering jilly’z and it was on good wise. we drove to that and had some wonderful hours while I returned to this place on the way to home. it didn't disappoint! I can't talk to the food though I hope to try it, but the shakes and smoothies were!"
