"Foolish Craig’s is quickly becoming our Easter brunch tradition. It’s in a fantastic location on east Pearl where you can browse a few nearby shops in case of a wait, which there often is on weekends. (Tip: get yourself on the waitlist before heading over) Everything was delicious as usual, and portions are large. My husband just ate a little from all of our plates (Belgian waffles, the Foolish Craig crepes, a breakfast burrito, and blintzes) and we still left with a to go box. We added an order of Million Dollar bacon this time, but it wasn’t our favorite a few strips of bacon sitting in a pool of syrup. We expected something a little more interesting, and it was fine but we won’t order that again."

"I was visiting town and wanted some Raman because it was cold out. Best Raman I’ve had in the US and the sushi was amazing as well. I got the negitoro and salmon avocado. will make it a point to come here next time I’m in Colorado. "The plates here are delicious and include good sides. The price is pretty high, but at least the portions are quite filling. Any curries with cream can be made with coconut milk instead."

"Just wanted to have a “no special occasion” brunch experience! What a wonderful venue this is especially for Sunday leisurely repast! Discovering all the special food delights was so exciting. Let me say this, it is nearly impossible to try everything offered by these talented chefs. This will be part of our regular dining destination. Just a perfect driving (or motorcycle riding)distance from Loveland."

"Bramble Hare Review NOT Black Cat I made my birthday dinner reservations and let them know dinner was to celebrate a birthday. I started with the sautéed peppers and aioli. The peppers were dripping in oil but I was really hungry and worked myway through them, a mistake. My wife had the Summer squash soup which she commented tasted like zucchini soup which need someseasoning and salt. Not a good start. Entry's were the Pan Seared Salmon Akmolinka, Spaghetti Squash, Leaks, Asparagus, andBeurre Blanc. The spaghetti squash was close to mush, leak were over cooked until gray and both were oily. Salmon was perfect,go figure. On the side of the plate were cold tomatoes. How does that fit? Dinner outside of the Salmon was terrible. We tookdesert home and it was pretty good, no t brilliant. Not a word about a birthday. So lack of attention to detail. All in all mybirthday dinner was a train wreak. We enjoyed a bottle of wine and the Salmon for $250.00. I can shop Whole Food and cook itmyself for $50.00. We will not be going back anytime soon. We have had good meals there before but this was a disaster andexpensive. Cannot recommend, 2 Stars is a gift."
