Let's make it clear: KTs is not a BBQ joint that competes for championships and this is not BBQ by the book. If you're looking for that you will be disappointed (see other reviews).What KTs does best though is its own style and flavor. This was $30 (I feel it's overpriced). The ribs had a bit of a gassy taste, but were exceptionally tender. The rest of the bbq was good (not the best but way better than I expected).
