"Still one of the best restaurants in Colorado. The views are outstanding. We arrived early enough to have the sun set during our time there. The food, as always, is outstanding. We left so full. The best aspect of the Flagstaff House is the service. Since we were celebrating a birthday, the menu was custom printed with the celebrant's name and date on it. The server then offered to have the menu placed in our car so we would not forget it. The overall service from arrival to departure was top notch. This is a large reason why we visit the Flagstaff House for those special occasions. You do feel like royalty"

"Very good food. Beef Wellington is the best I had on the menu. Although the waiting time taxi long at times the staff is quite friendly and accommodating. I recommend this place for special events or occasional Fancy date!"

"In 2018 my husband and I took a trip of a life time and visited Japan for a month, visiting Tokyo, Sendai, And Kyoto, with day trips all across the island. We threw ourselves into the sights, sounds, and the food like the gluttons we are. We had both wanted to visit Japan before we even met and we finally pulled the trigger. A day doesn’t go by where I don’t think about the trip. Since returning we’ve been starved for the exquisite flavors of Japan. Last year we moved to Colorado and we were recently guided to Osaka’s and it was like being teleported back to Japan. From the okonomiyaki, to the ramen, to the sushi, all of it took us back to our favorite places on our trip. On our first visit I tried the the kaisen seafood okonomiyaki, which was rich and flavorful, spiced and cooked perfectly. The husband tied the modan pork belly version. Both of the dishes took us back to a little place we tried in Kyoto. We were so impressed we decided to try a sushi plate, the cuts were thick, and it was like butter, like the sushi house we tried in Sendai. Our most recent visit we went for ramen, and we both tried Osaka’s signature bowl. The pork broth is stunning, creamy, and full of flavor. And my word, the cashu literally falls apart it’s so tender. We’ve been desperate to find ramen that compares to our time in Japan and Osaka’s has filled that that little hole we’ve been missing. The owner stopped by our table and we shared our story and he shared his with us, and it was just delightful. The staff is so friendly, and we tried using what little Japanese we knew from our trip to show how much we had appreciated the food and service. This is our new favorite place to visit, we’ll be back, hell I’ve been there three times in the last month. ごちそうさま でした"

"I had dinner here with a friend and we shared the Vietnamese egg rolls which were very tasty and we each had pho. He had beef pho and I had the vegetable pho. I was surprised at how weak in flavor the broth was. my friend’s had a bit more beef flavor, but still weak. Perhaps it was just this batch, but I have had pho at many restaurants in the area and this broth was disappointing. Service was very good and food was served quickly and very hot. If I went back, I would just not get the pho again. One more thing, water in the bathroom never got warm, despite waiting a decent amount of time. My hands were sticky from the egg roll sauce and cold water just did not do the trick. Would be significantly more sanitary if the bathrooms had warm water.Vegetarian options: Vegetable pho"

"Corrida had a special New Year celebration dinner and the food was delicious and elegant. Left feeling like we had some new flavors and creative presentation. The special stew was everything you’d want a cold evening. We will be back!"

"The coffee is consistently great, the staff is helpful and personable, and you can tell they care a lot about building relationships and putting out a quality product. All of the pastries are made in-house and every one of them I've tried is out of this world! There's ample seating in the cafe, bar seating, and a few patio tables outside, so there's plenty of space to sit with a friend."

"This is a great place, but the salad greens were limp and sad. When your entree is a salad, that's a problem. It was a Monday lunchtime, but I'd guess that the greens were probably last in good shape on Saturday. My companion's fries were basically room temperature, even though there were only two parties seated outside. The waitstaff were great, drinks were cold, and everything seemed clean and COVID safe.I hope this was just an off day because this is a great location I've enjoyed before"
