We went to the food truck at Rayback and spent over $50 on a bowl of ramen and a bowl of udon. The ramen was very bland and the noodles tasted packaged, but at least the bowl was full! The tempura udon was less than halfway full and that was just because the noodles weren’t covered by the broth. It had better flavor than the ramen but there was barely any in the bowl.
