They were out of the Chilean Sea Bass and Prime Rib, medium rare which were our first choices. We were not told that they were out of the Prime Rib until they brought out the only temp of Prime Rib they had which was medium in temp. No apologies, nothing. We ordered the Prime Rib French Dip instead, and interestingly enough, had some slices cooked medium rare. read more.
