The staff here absolutely rock! Every time I place a mobile order it’s always waiting for me there. Staff is efficient and friendly. Today when I went in, my drink was made hot instead of cold. No big deal, they remade it right on the spot and gave me a gift card for my time waiting. Always going above and beyond, and my drinks are always delicious.Thank you guys for going above and beyond! "Still one of the best restaurants in Colorado. The views are outstanding. We arrived early enough to have the sun set during our time there. The food, as always, is outstanding. We left so full. The best aspect of the Flagstaff House is the service. Since we were celebrating a birthday, the menu was custom printed with the celebrant's name and date on it. The server then offered to have the menu placed in our car so we would not forget it. The overall service from arrival to departure was top notch. This is a large reason why we visit the Flagstaff House for those special occasions. You do feel like royalty"

"That's your typical college brother. Nothing beautiful, and there is only room for 4 to sit. Service was friendly. I gave only 4 stars as I had No Onions and my burger had onions. Big burgers at a fair price. This is worth the visit."

"This review is also to mention them again because today, with all Boulder dine in restaurants closed currently for the pandemic, my friend surprised me with a superb 3 course lunch to go (at a fraction for what it really should cost). This take-out simply has to be the best quality food you can buy to go in Boulder. My lamb shank, arancini, and chocolate torte were all exactly what I wanted, served on our dining room table for a fraction of dine in. We will absolutely do this again, much sooner than later. Thanks guys!"
