the codified situation makes all restaurants a little fun, but our experience was really nice despite. had to wait a bit for our reserved table, but our first round of the drinks was graciously composed. excellent cocktails! the food was really good. mood at the summit. we have already eaten here and will be back. highly recommended. What User doesn't like about Upstairs Cocktail Lounge:
We usually love upstairs and have always loved their burger and fries, however they recently raised the price of the burger and eliminated the fries that comes with it. Super disappointing to see the price go up while the amount of food you get goes down. The price of the cocktails also went up significantly with the new menu change. $18 for a cocktail in Boulder is just too much...this is not NYC. View all feedback.

The head bartender, Lex, did a phenomenal job. If you’re into perfectly balanced cocktails, you’re in for a great experience. Highly recommend!
