menu tasted : 8 services. I loved this menu and in particular: the very elegant basket of delicious breads and breads, the truffle butter (the taste of the truffle is well present in the mouth,) the sologne caviar of the house hennequart (usually caviar, not too salty as I love it), the turbot cooked perfectly with a beautiful aspect of nacré, the sauces of miam. A very nice discovery for us on a friend's advice. We spent a wonderful time in this beautiful establishment with a warm atmosphere. the culinary walk is made from the mouth to the mignardises. Probably one of our most beautiful culinary experiences for us and by far the best restaurant in the area. the rate of the pleasure menu of the senses remains accessible and is not exorbitant given the quality and inventiveness of the dishes. The service is also irreproachable. the only notice we can make may remain on the rate of drinks that we discover at the time of the addition. 6€ bottle of flat water, 10€ glass of wine.
Very good restaurant that is worth a star chef makes you love even foods that you hate service to the warmest welcome pleasure of eyes and taste bravo
Excellent table with dishes worked on both flavour and consistency, while trusting local producers. It is no longer a wine list but a directory, fortunately the sommelier is good advice. we hesitated with the Romanée-Conti at 5700 € then we assagis! only flats: the table deserves a little more powerful lighting and the meat, from the pork breast, was certainly a gout but really too fat. we highly recommend this address.
