"Loved the bubble tea and the decor and seating was good but unfortunately, I won’t come back to dine in because it was freezing cold. It is the winter and there was air conditioning blowing everywhere with portable fans. My friend and I had to wear our coats the whole time and we’re still cold. My friend asked the employee to turn up/on the heat and they said they weren’t allowed! I’m bummed that I won’t be able to study or meet friends here because it seems like a great place otherwise!"

"Wasn't with this Carl's Jr for a while. But today, stopped to a burger and the kindest upbeat voice that my order on the drive thru. When I got to pay, he was still so excited and really nice!! His name is Juan and the GM there. He just made the whole ride thru experience very pleasant!! We definitely need more of these kinds of wonderful service people!!! Thank you, Juan."
