I suggest skipping the online order option and just going through the regular line. Online orders often take 15 minutes longer than quoted. On my last order, people came in after me, went through the regular line, and left the building before my food was ready (about 30 minutes after the order was placed). Teriyaki steak is great though, just a generally poor to-go ordering experience. View all feedback.

"VERY VERY unprofessional!! Would leave negative stars if possible!!! The lady with black hair big (fake) bushy eye brows was very rude when we placed our order! (Her photo is attached) she took our order walked to the back and yelled the eff word and started throwing things around and stated this is so irritating will absolutely never return here ever again! This unprofessional lady needs to learn customer service before working at a place like this. Let 's add to this... Got to the car, the crazy bread we ordered, all dough!!! Went back in for a refund and same bushy eyed lady almost didn 't want to give a refund!!! VERY VERY VERY VERY RUDE!! NEVER EVER EVER had someone so rude!!!!!!!!! Get rid of this nasty inconsiderate unprofessional toddler !!!!"
