Best BBQ/smokehouse in Davis County. All of their meats are great. Good quality, nice smoke flavor and perfectly cooked. Fries and fries sauce are excellent! Mac and cheese and potato salad are okay. Whenever I want BBQ, Smokin Bones is the first place I think of. View all feedback.
What Abigail A doesn't like about Smokin Bones Bbq:
Not very good…I have heard a lot of local hype about this place but I was super disappointed. Spent $40 for cold Mac cheese, super dry corn bread and decent pulled pork (R R is better). The best thing we got between the 2 meat plates was the brisket. I would not eat here again, we were still hungry and ended up driving straight to Wendy’s View all feedback.
The food is good but the kids who work there are a mess most of the time. It's a wild ride trying to get your dinner.
The ribs and brisket were good (not amazing, but good). I expected a little bbq meat in the beans. They were a little plain. Coleslaw was uniquely flavorful. Service of the order to the table was fast but ended there. This is a self service restaurant, so expect that going in.
Brisket was $35 per pound. It was very good, and that is not the issue. I purchased 2 lbs. And there was not $70 worth of food in that “to go” container Great tasting brisket! Way overpriced.
This place has the best tasting bbq I've ever tasted in my life, highly recommended from me, my wife and Mister Biggzz, our puppy.
Family run, clean, laid back delicious. I ordered pork ribs which were smoked to perfection, cole slaw lemon ice box pie. Good value regular sized portions. Family kids working all the stations- smart, efficient and respectful. They have a huge pizza oven I may try that next time.
