Jr's Chicken - Bourbonnais

I am visiting from out of state and wanted some fried chicken. I learned about Jr's and got two takeout dinners. The chicken was excellent, some of the best I ever had. Sides were good also. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend. If you live here you are lucky to have Jr's.

The salads are all your old favorites mom used to make. I find this place to be extra clean. Moderately priced. The workers were very attentive. We ate I. And they brought our food to the table. They asked if we needed anything, a few times. The staff were relaxed and competent.

Was excited to try Jr's after transferring to the area for work. The food is good, however not a single employee had a mask on despite there being multiple signs both on the door and inside stating masks are required. This is not only unprofessional, but highly unsafe for the public. I will likely not be a repeat customer.

The place was simple and small. Mostly for removing order I appreciate, but the food was delicious and the price was affordable. The staff was okay. The service was fast. The portion was generous for the price.

We went to lunch today and it was a great experience. We found ourselves and said: “Why don’t we come here more often?” I had fried steak with green beans and potatoes. My husband had the tender dinner. Service was friendly and attentive. We will definitely visit again.
