A little bit out of the way but really worth the effort this place changed hands a few years ago and the new owners have maintained a great standard. The menu is different from what you see in most Alpine restaurants and the dishes are executed very well. Seven of us pre-booked for a late lunch whilst skiing. Very nice lay-out and homely atmosphere, although the smell of cooked cheese was quite over-powering. Took 15 minutes to get menus and another 15 minutes to give our order. 400g "individual" steaks turned out to have a sizeable bone and were quite fatty, whereas the 300g lunchtime special was straight fillet.
