Petit bémol, ce n'est pas vraiment authentique.En effet, nous pensions retrouver les saveurs découvertes au cours de nos voyages au Mexique Pérou etc mais en fait ce sont des recettes "francisées" sans doute à cause de la difficulté à se procurer les ingrédients.
