"This was my second visit to Twelve… I’m from Bournemouth but moved away 8 years ago. Found myself in the area again for work and persuaded a friend to join me! Was even better than I remember… started with a grapefruit sherbert cocktail… we had the truffled teriyaki tofu dish for our main served with truffle chips.. I could eat this all day every day. Honeycomb ice cream for dessert and the starter was the spicy guava and seaweed cake all tasted incredible, as thought my non vegan friend… Lovely decor, ambience, service was fantastic, I only wish I lived closer!"

"The best pizza and customer service in town. We are regular customer and this Friday we had the wrong pizza given to us. Upon calling the restaurant and explain the situation, they were happy to rectify this. Not only did they deliver the correct pizza, they send both of the pizza that were originally ordered without accepting the other ones back. Excellent customer service, I definitely recommend this place for the best pizza in town."

"Have reviewed her previously, but as some time ago thought I'd add a new review. Recent visit here with friends for a mid afternoon coffee snack. Was busy when arrived mid afternoon, but we secured a table towards the back. Friendly waiting staff looked after us throughout our visit. We were there for some time enjoying several coffee's the most delicious toasted Hot Cross Buns. Petit Prince is always good."

"Amazed at how brilliant this little gem is! Be warned you will need at least an afternoon of browsing all the books, plants and quirky vintage finds! Luckily the coffee is excellent and the relaxed inclusive atmosphere is a breathe of fresh air oh and did i mention that the prices are so reasonable! We will be returning , only wish it was nearer ! But still well worth the trip "

"First time here and this place just does everything right. Fresh and flavoursome ingredients, friendly staff, fantastic menu choices. The most innovative vegan comfort food I’ve seen or had for a while but the novelty doesn’t eclipse the tastiness. Would give it ten stars. Loved it.
