Costa Coffee - Bournemouth

What bonjgb1009 likes about Costa Coffee:
The new location is so much better. It is larger inside, bright and airy and the layout is mote comfortable and not as claustrophobic. The outside seating is great for a coffee and watching the world go by. The staff were friendly and the service was efficient although it was not that busy. The only down side was that I had to ask for a knife and serviette to go with my sandwich. View all feedback.

What Glenda K doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
Well I will not be going back there. I had a toasted cheese Sandwidge and a tea. It was my Birthday and on my App it said I could have a free Cake so when I went to the counter and showed the boy behind the counter my App he said no so rude. Mind you I've found him rude before.
