This is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Italian pizza. This place has got it all. And to top it off, it really gives off a family-friendly vibe where everyone is welcome. Love it!
I've already ordered myself for the retreat several times and I was thrilled with the pizzas, so I booked a table for my partner's birthday. we loved the pizzas and the place only on the bottom was that we arrived there on time to say that our tablet was occupied and the owner asked us to have a few drinks or go for a walk. more customers were in the same situation this day. I have to admit that they were really busy. we sat at 20:30 a.m. after a walk around 25'. take cash with them as they don't take card payments.
I went to Da Mario Wood Fired Pizza on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 in the early evening, during the week. I was accompanied by another person, and it was my first time at the restaurant. I used Google Maps to locate the restaurant, which made it easy to find. The restaurant had a medium-sized dining area with tables that offered full table service. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and we received everything we ordered promptly and enjoyed our experience. For my starter, I had garlic bread with cheese, and for my main course, I had a Hawaiian pizza. The food arrived hot, well presented, and tasted delicious. There was a good variety of options on the menu, and I easily found something that appealed to me. The prices were very reasonable, with me paying around £20 for two courses and drinks. The restaurant does not have an alcohol license, so they only accept cash. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely return for another visit.
The pizza and meatballs at this restaurant are amazing. Be sure to try them out if you're in the area. The customer service is also excellent.

After seeing another patron receive his order, which smelt gorgeous (great marketing by the way)and was delivered by the youngest delivery person ever (as the owner brought his new baby with him when he dropped off the pizza) we decided to grab a snack. The pizza bread was freshly cooked and really hot when it arrived. Just one small thing, the restaurant only takes cash but there's a Co-Op free cash point literally next door so not a problem for us.
