What Hibby Thach likes about Fredrick’s:
We had a dinner, bed and breakfast booking at the Carlton hotel so everything was included. The choices for dinner were very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was very good too. Breakfast was very busy but we were shown to a table and the procedures were explained to us. Even though it was hectic, food dishes were kept well stocked and we enjoyed a good breakfast. read more.

Dinner menu is ok, reasonable choice variety but it was alll cooked in a very amateurish way, starters very basic, steak over cooked desserts looked like they were made by a primary schoolchild. Ambiance is a cross between a nursing home a state institution but does have nice views over garden outdoor pool, it felt like it was only catering for coach parties.
