"I went into Yobu for the first time today, and was served by 2 lovely staff Ann and Amy. They were very friendly, helpful (helped me choose what bubble tea to have I went with a mango fruit tea and strawberry bubbles, delicious! , quick at making my drink and all around great customer service, wishing me a good day as I left. Will 100% be returning for another bubble tea, and I want to try their food as it looks and smells amazing! :"

"Loud, hyperactive, annoying staff. Bouncing around the place and screaming like demented toddlers. Told to sit down for table service, 12 minutes later a hirsute hipster arrives and asks us “guys” if we’re having a good day. Food and coffee was ok. The cheesecake was good. Natch the milk for the americano arrived in the obligatory small milk bottle. The staff seemed more concerned with banter between themselves and singing along with the piped, derivative “chill vibe” Muzak. Appalling service and a place to be avoided."
