So I'm not really understanding the benefit of online ordering with them. Placed my order at 5:20p online. It said order would be ready for pickup at 6p. Got to the store at 6:02p and called and pizza was not ready. Not sure what takes almost an hour to make an online order for a small 8"pizza but... The food is decent but the staff is horrible at the Bowie location. I was the only person in the store, while there were 3 workers. They continued to talk and laugh amongst each other.
