What Becca Hanes doesn't like about Arby's:
Went through the drive through and got yelled at for not mentioning a coupon at the booth, however she told us our total before we could let her know. Then proceeded to not give us our receipt to formally know who was talking to us in a foul way. Arby’s needs better employees even if it is easier for them to do before the window customers should not be getting yelled at while trying to pay for a service. View all feedback.
Refused to honor our coupon even though it was a valid Arbys coupon. So even though they have the name, they aren't actually part of the chain!
Messy sandwich.
