I’m a DoorDasher. They messed up 3 consecutive orders and each time I returned to have it corrected, they said it wasn’t their problem. Very nasty approach to resolving problems with their paying customers. Had to get DoorDash involved to call them and have my orders remade. Poor customer service and their reviews reflect it. I live in BG but after the last visit, I drive past this subway and go to ladysmiths subway. There was no bread, all the vegetables were frozen... just poor quality at bowling green subway, I'll drive 15 extra minutes to get great food and amazing subway at ladysmith Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Bought a couple of rotisserie chicken salads this afternoon. Drove home so we could eat them, open it up and no meat at all in it. Also some other stuff I ordered was missing from the salads. I understand about supply chain issues, the person that prepared this, could of let my husband and I know what is going on, gave us other options but they did not. Will not be buying from there again.
