Arrabiatas Italian - Boynton Beach

I've been going to Arrabiatas for years. The service/food was always great. Since they sold the place it has been down hill slowly for me. There GM is rude and can keep his disrespectful attitude and go back where he came from. They upped the prices and lowered the standard that was in place when they took over. The staff doesn't know the menu and they don't apologize for their lack of service or knowledge.At this point I give it a year at best before it closes, most of the old staff has left due to the management and I can't blame them. A lot of us have followed them and I can say it doesn't matter what kind of food there serving it's always better when there is great service.It's sad to see a local business go down the tubes but in this case they deserve it. They lost my business for good.

I pre-ordered from the link from Google maps. Do not do this. They are no longer linked. I got there and they explained away the confusion. So I ordered again and they took care of me and made me priority. The food was good and I'm sure I will return.Food: 5/5

Haven’t been there in a while. Went back for a birthday dinner with family. Totally disappointed with the food. Nothing close to the food we had last time there.Plus there were only two tables dining. Last time it was packed during Christmas and it was amazing.I understand it’s under new management/ownership. I wish I knew that before going. NEVER AGAIN!!

Sadly the service is not the same, we have to wait for the waitress more than 15 minutes, after order , we wait like half and hour to receive a cold lasagna , it was imposible to eat, I felt a piece of ice on my mouth. We told the waitress and he’s response wasn’t helpful.As a family we used to loved Arrabiatas, the food was always delicious, and we never complain about the service, even in the busiest days the owner was there to help the costumer.We will never come back.

The restaurant was empty, the steward girl was friendly and corteus, The menu was interesting, but when the food came was totally disaponinting, the soup was poor and cold, the ladagna look mesdy and soapy was cold, we had to sent it back to heath. It is a place no to return.
