a newer employee should not argue with them if they order an icy latte and they get it and complain because it is mainly milk with very little espresso. her answer was that she has milk in herself. I've had a lot of irony latte and know that, but also that it should have a decent amount of espresso in it. the color even looked like milk. View all feedback.
