"This is a roadside woodfire pizza restaurant it does a lot of take out, but you can also sit outside in the Muskoka chairs while you devour a pizza. There are also a few picnic benches. The pizza was AMAZING! They make bread too, and it shows because the pizza dough was really delicious."

"After visiting Bala, we decided to check this place out for lunch. Called them up before we left and was told the place was absolutely packed and there would be no tables even by the time we would reach, ie, 45 minutes, and no point waiting either. Anyways when we reached there, the place wasn't busy at all and we were immediately seated. Sounds like a disgruntled employee or someone just having a bad day; both bad for business. We were seated behind the main dining area. It was drab. Wish they'd constructed the wall along the beer brewing machines with glass windows to give the place some life.The food, drinks and service were great. Wide selection of fresh beer on tap. Had the wings with red ale bbq. The brisket sandwiches were loaded. The fried chicken sandwich was really good too. The onion rings and fries were amazing; so crunchy. Their house-made aioili is noteworthy.Will definitely be stopping by again when in Bracebridge."

"I’m still in shock over how long it took to eat last Friday evening. My table of 8 arrived at 6:30pm and did not have our drink order taken until nearly 30mins into our visit…we were not served our food until ten after 8pm. All we ordered were wings and nachos, and a salad with garlic bread. We watched folks who arrived after us be served their plates and kept being told “ten more minutes” by our server.When the food finally arrived, it tasted fantastic, though I made myself sick due to how quickly I was eating out of desperation.Really, really disappointed by the service, especially since the food quality is so fantastic…the whole experience could’ve been much better.This place could really use a boost in management in terms of proper peak dinner operations."
