Visited this place 29/12/23 for lunch service. Girl on the floor really shouldn’t be in customer service. Came across very rude. Elderly on table next to me who said she couldn’t use the app to order, and her response was “we’re very busy you need to use the app to order” whilst standing in front of the cashier taking in walk in takeaway orders.
